What areas do you service?
We service the Waterfront and Downtown neighborhoods of Jersey City. We service Paulus Hook, Exchange Place, Harsimus Cove, Powerhouse Arts District, Newport and Grove St. How do I sign up for services? Simply click the Contact button and fill out the quick contact form. After completing the form, one of our Waterfront Walks manager will contact you with in the hour. What if I need a last minute walk? We will do our best to accommodate your last minute requests. For faster service, please call or text us at 201-948-8149. |

Will the same person be walking my dog each day?
Yes! We are big on building trusting relationships with you and your dog. You will be assigned a primary dog walker who will walk your dog each day. In the event that your primary dog walker is sick or on vacation and cannot walk your dog during your regularly scheduled walk, you will be notified and a manager will fill in. |

What if I need to cancel a scheduled service?
Canceling is super easy! Simply log in to your account to request a cancelation of your service. Is there a fee for last minute cancellations? Any cancellation made within 8 hours of the schedule service will be charged in full. |

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard and Discover Card. How do I pay for services? All payments are processed through our online system. The card you have on file will be charged and an invoice will be emailed to you. |
